Based in Calgary, Canada, Haven Health is a holistic clinic providing integrative, personalized care for adults and couples. Following a change in ownership, the practice entered a new chapter with a new name, a new location, an expanded team, and a renewed vision for patient care.
The goal was to create a brand and online presence that reflected this evolution while preserving the trust the clinic had already built within its community. Haven Health was designed to feel like a trusted medical home where people feel known, supported, and advocated for throughout every stage of their health journey.

Before
After the ownership transition, the clinic’s existing website no longer reflected the practice it had become. The name, URL, leadership, services, team, and overall direction of the clinic had changed, but its online presence remained centered around the previous owner and identity.
Important information was difficult to find, the new team had not been properly introduced, and prospective patients lacked a clear path to booking an appointment. Haven Health needed a website that could confidently communicate the transition, establish its new identity, and help both existing and prospective patients understand what the clinic now offered, without losing the familiarity and trust connected to its roots.

Every page was designed with intention, guiding visitors from discovering the practice to understanding its expertise, building trust, and confidently booking an appointment.
