Before the redesign, the website lacked the strategy to clearly guide visitors through who they serve and how they help. It positioned the founder too heavily at the center, making the practice feel like a solo provider rather than a diverse team of specialists. The messaging didn’t fully reflect the range of clients they support or build trust in their collective expertise. There was also no clear path to action, making it difficult for visitors to confidently take the next step and book a call.

Each page was built with purpose, guiding visitors step-by-step to understand the practice, build trust in their expertise, and confidently take action. With a streamlined path to booking and thoughtful positioning throughout, the website now works as a cohesive system that supports both client experience and practice growth.
